Course objectives

Students will be inform about role of nutrition in correct operation of organism delivery.

Syllabus

1. Diet standards - energy need of organism 2. Methods of nutrition evaluation 3. Nutrition evaluation - practically - common informations 4. Nutrition evaluation - practically - frequency of milk and milk products consumption 5. Nutrition evaluation - practically - frequency of sugars consumption 6. Nutrition evaluation - practically - frequency of fats consumption 7. Nutrition evaluation - practically - frequency of fruit and vegetables consumption 8. Nutrition evaluation - practically - frequency of bake products consumption 9. Nutrition evaluation - practically - 7 days "reecall" + evaluation of nutrition status 10. Anthropometric investigation 11. Nutrition habits and their evaluation 12. Lifestyle and its evaluation 13. Written test
