Course objectives
The main goals of the course are the following: - acquainting studentes with teoretical basics of bouldering - acquainting studentes with mode of sportclimbing and bouldering.
Syllabus
  • History of bouldering.
  • Equipment.
  • Kinds of climbing positions.
  • Balance and move on the climging wall.
  • Technique and fitness training.
  • Building students own climbs.
