Course objectives
This is a lesson compensatory nature, which is suitable for everyone regardless of age. Integrates elements of both classical yoga asanas and exercises Pilates and strengthening of own body weight with which smoothly combines balance and mobilization exercises. Conclusion The lesson consists of relaxation and harmonization exercises. It also utilizes a variety of exercise equipment (overball, fitball. Flexband). Jogalates is indeed strengthening, but also very refreshing and vitalizing exercises. Emphasis on thorough and deep feelings of breathing and body awareness attentive. It focuses primarily on strengthening the center of the body - the abdominal muscles, pelvic muscles and back muscles, eliminates muscle imbalance caused by repetitive strain and activates the deep stabilization system, which effectively eliminates back pain. Develops coordination, balance and flexibility. It has a very positive effect on body shaping. Increases endurance, strength, flexibility and concentration. They are trained in comfortable clothing, barefoot or in socks.
