Course objectives
Combination of stretching / relaxation / fitness and / fit / form of yoga for all levels and beginners. Do lessons are included classical yoga asanas, breathing exercises / pranayama / a relaxation / meditation. Fit Yoga is an exercise that uses all elements of hatha and power yoga. Fit yoga reduces stress levels in everyday life. Contributes to the development of your entire personality. Graceful and fluid movements that Fit offers yoga, help to create muscle (physical) and mental balance and harmony. Fit Yoga is also suitable as a precaution against the effects of lifestyle factors, poor posture and bad movement habits. Relaxation Yoga is in layman's terms, a tryst with herself. The aim is to let the world slow down, stop and perceive only yourself here and now. Often it is a difficult task, but learning this is nice. Your efforts will be rewarded. Come to relax, recharge your mental strength and purify your mind.
