Active participation in seminars; preparation and practical implementation of one physical activity with focus on particular target group (seniors, visual, hearing or physical impairment, ADHD, etc.).

Course objectives
After finishing this course students will be able to: - understand the possibilities of using psychomotor and other non-traditional activities in people with special needs or disability -use alternative physical activities into the PE lessons / leisure-time physical programmes, including managing the integrated students - form a lesson plan of adapted physical activities with psychomotor features, juggling, rhythmical activities, movement games, etc. and to adapt it according to specific needs of the particular target group.

  • • Psychomotricity and its role within adapted physical activities for different target groups • Psychomotor exercises and games suitable for people with special needs –physical disability • Psychomotor exercises and games suitable for people with special needs - visual disability • Psychomotor exercises and games suitable for people with special needs – hearing disability • Psychomotor exercises and games suitable for people with special needs - mental disability • Psychomotor exercises and games suitable for people with ADHD • Demonstration of a lesson plan of adapted physical activities with features of psychomotricity, juggling, etc. in relation to the target group • Demonstration of physical activities with focus on a target group with subsequent analysis and feedback – physical disability • Demonstration of physical activities with focus on a target group with subsequent analysis and feedback – visual disability • Demonstration of physical activities with focus on a target group with subsequent analysis and feedback – hearing disability • Demonstration of physical activities with focus on a target group with subsequent analysis and feedback – mental disability • Demonstration of physical activities with focus on a target group with subsequent analysis and feedback – seniors
