Course objectives
The goal of course is to deepen the knowledge of practical language. At the end of this seminar students will be able to discuss conversational topics; to express their ideas using new vocabulary in written and oral form; to compare some grammatical and lexical phenomena of Russian and Czech languages.

Teaching methods
Seminar. Regular preparing for the seminar and doing of required homework. Listening and reading of Russian texts. Discussions and presentations within the discussed topics.
Assessment methods
The credit requirements: 1. regular assessment and doing the required home assignments. 2. written essay on the given topic (student must hand in it during the last study week at the latest).
