Abstract
The strain field in isolated InAs/GaAs quantum dot of pyramidal and lens shape was calculated. Some different calculation approaches were compared. The impact of the boundary alloyind in the strain was studied.

Bylo spočítáno deformační pole v kvantové tečce tvaru pyramidy a čočky. Byly porovnány různé modely deforamčního pole. Dále byl studován vliv slévání rozhraní tečky na deformační pole.
