The goal of this thesis „The town and country planning practice
transformation from the viewpoint of procurer (municipality)” 
is assessment of changes in the town and country planning in
connection with passage of the new Building act. In the first
part, there is comparison between old and new legal
regulations, mainly in the area of preparation studies
according a procurer,  processing survey and analysis, and also
details for the draft of the plan specifications municipality
according to old Building act and their replacement by
acquisition of planning analytical materials and making
additional survey and analysis in terms of preparation of the
draft of the plan specifications of municipality according to
new legal regulations. The next part deal with the concrete
experience of the municipalities with extended powers and
application new Building act in the area of acquired
territorial and analytical documents.
