The presented diploma thesis deals with the subjekt: phonetics
and its role at German education. I deal with the findings
based on my research in seven chapters. Theory is explained in
the first six chapters, while the remaining one develop my
practical findings. In the theoretic part are explained the
basic concepts in the field of phonetics and phonology. This
work also tries to emphasize the importance of phonetics as one
of the rudimentary linguistic disciplines.
