The goal of this thesis is the application of theoretical findings and methods to draw a teambuilding program in practice. The layout itself is preceded by the description of experiential education methods as a root for the program. It is followed by the introduction of working-in-group issue, its dynamics and other necessary theoretical findings needed to set up a functional teambuilding program. The resources for setting up a plan for the program including outdoor activities were both theoretical knowledge, discussions with professionals in this area and author's own experience.
