In the libraries there is traditionally low number of men and
it is necessarry to consider the gender questions in the
libraries. We have to ask for reason of gender imbalance, purse
the situation in the branch and inspect how is the position of
men employed in libraries. The ratio of men is increasing, they
are acceptable and their position appears to be good. We can
expect the growth of men in the libraries; it’s the reason why
should not be this thema go unnoticed by libraries’ directors.
