My graduation theses deal with Fundamental Human Rights and
Liberties and its Procedural Protection. The concept of human
rights has witnessed many changes and developments in the
course of the history of the humankind.
I would like to approximate their historical making as well as
their
present image in the system of Czech Republic law
and international legal regulations.
