Penal System in the Context of Security of the Czech Republic

Vězeňství v kontextu bezpečnosti ČR

Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vězeňstvím v kontextu bezpečnosti České republiky. V první části jsou identifikovány možné hrozby a je objasněn účel a funkce výkonu trestu. Druhá část textu se zaměřuje na hrozby z oblasti vnitřní bezpečnosti týkající se vězeňství. Následně je analyzována oblast vnější bezpečnosti. Závěrečné pasáže jsou věnovány zamýšlené privatizaci vězeňského sektoru a jejím možným dopadům na bezpečnost České republiky.

Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the role of the prison system within the security system of the Czech Republic. In the first part there are identified potencial threats and there is also clarified purpose and function of the punishment.
