Course objectives
Entrepreneurial Activity of a Trading Company (DSPC) The course introduces the specific position of a trading company in market economy. The course develops knowledge gained in the courses Basics of Trade and Management of Trading Company. The focus of interest lies in the survey of the most significant legal conditions of the existence of trading companies, including the line of business, preparation of a business plan, setting up of a trading company, problems of localisation, specifics of personnel management within the framework of Czech economic conditions and the requirements of international business management.
