Course objectives
The aim of the course is to get student acquainted with the methodology of the thesis writing. Student is able - with assistance of the supervisor - to formulate research project of the final theses, present the thesis as well as its contribution.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to: • - formulate thesis objectives and set proper research goals, • - choose relevant methods to work up the thesis, • - identify and summarize relevant information and literature sources, • - with assistance of the supervisor formulate research project of the final theses

  • The course is designed as students’ individual consultations with their supervisors with respect to the finalisation the official research project proposal.

Teaching methods
The course typically takes the form of individual consultations with the supervisor. According to specific instructions from the supervisor, a presentation or defense of the thesis may also be a part of the course.
Assessment methods
There are two requirements students have to fulfill the condition of active attendance at individual consultations and finalisation of the official research peoject proposal of the thesis
