Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of inline skills and techniques - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able to use inline skills and techniques correctly when skating outdoors.

  • principles of save in-line skating training of the correct in-line skating techniques training of the correct braking turning and slalom games and competitions

Teaching methods
1 semestral course and 1 course of excursions (4 excursions per an examination period).
Assessment methods
- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 4x possible absence /of which 2x with an apology in the IS and 2x without apology/ - in the excursion course, it is vital to complete 3 out of 4 excursions

Teacher's information
Inline courses take place in 2 forms, semesteral course and a course during the examination period (spring semester), and semesteral group (autumn semester). Semesteral course is intended for beginners, intermediate skaters and advanced skaters. The course during the examination period is intended for advanced skaters only. Places and dates of excursions will be specified to all registered students by common email at the beginning of the semester, locations: Židlochovice, Váté písky, Kyjov, Přerov.
