Course objectives
Education of cross country skiing training, practical execise on course, theoretical during term. At the end of this course, students should be able to: - define the development of physical abilities - to understand the process of adaptation for sport performance. - to solve the development of the motor abilities for XC skiing - guide of the training lesson - divide years training cycle - name main aims and task of training
