Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: - Explain the aims of Education physical activities - Apply the teaching styles, techniques, methods and principles of motion aktivits - Evaluate and develop motor abilities with respect to psychological aspects - Express himself in terms of current nomenclature of physical exercises.
Syllabus
  • 1. History of physical education, evolution of curriculum. 2. Teacher of physical education, typology. 3. Education activities of the teacher during physical activities (tuitional styles, methods, principles, procedures). 4. Basic motor abilities testing and development – strength, speed, endurance, coordination and balance. 5. Psychic aspects of motor activities including techniques of activation and relaxation. 6. Terminology of physical exercises.
