Course objectives
The aim is to acquire the necessary knowledge about the role of nutrition in the prenatal and postnatal development člověka.Po completing the course, students will be able to apply knowledge about nutrition in different developmental stages in the practical work with the client.
Syllabus
  • • The importance of nutritional behavior of the mother to the unborn child. • Programming. • Risks improper maternal nutrition during lactation. • The importance of individual nutrients in the period 5-12 months. • Nutrition during 1-3 years. • Nutrition in the preschool age. • Nutrition during early school age. • Nutrition in adolescence and adulthood • The risks of alternative dietary guidelines. • The importance of nutrition and quality of life in old age. • Eating disorders. • The role of nutrition in sporting child.
