Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic and modified steps of step aerobics and their linked in choreographie - dance and power
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic and modified steps of step aerobics and their linked in choreographie - dance and power
Syllabus
  • 1. introduction of basic steps;
  • 2. simple choreographies;
  • 3. development of basic locomotory skills and fitness improvement;
  • 4. development of locomotory and coordination skills;
  • 5. abdominal, gluteal and back muscle building up;
  • 6. final stretching

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
