Course objectives
The course is more recommended to the advanced but even beginners can participate in. The course involves running at medium and higher pace in flat as well as hilly terrain surrounding the Canoeing Centre of MU.The basic requirement for this course is the desire tu run and the ability to run a few kilometres at medium pace at least.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Zápočet student získá za docházku v uvedené kvalitě: 1x je možno neomluveně chybět 2x absence z důvodu nemoci 3x je možno nahradit zameškanou výuku v průběhu zkouškového období Současně musí student absolvovat více než 50% přímou docházkou v semestrální výuce.

Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport. + kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
