Course objectives

Have a basic theoretic didactics and medical information in relation to individual healthy weakening.

Syllabus

1. Healthy PE - definition, healthy groups, aim and task of Healthy PE, school and after-school healthy PE, practice unit/educational unit. 2. Reaction and adaptation of system, physiological weight curve, monitoring of weight level. 3. Age period - risk of constitution of healthy weakening, kinetic evolution. 4. Corrective exercises - principles. 5. Motion apparatus- characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 6. Respiration system -characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 7. Cardiovascular system - characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 8. Metabolic disorders -characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 9. Digestive system - characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 10. Nerve and neuropsychical weakening - characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 11. Weakening of senses - characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 12. Woman and gynaecological weakening - characteristics, reasons of cause, process of correction. 13. Ageing and importance of motion of point of psychical, physical and social view.
