Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course is demanding aerobic fitness exercise. The acqusition of more complex choreographies is learned with the help of complex exercise and combination of kick-boxing elements. The bases of martial arts elements are acquainted.

  • 1. Definition of aerobic strain 2. Lesson structure. 3. Training of correct kick box aerobics elements 4. Work with music 5. Intoduction of the methods of endurance, strenght, balance and flexibility development 6. Introduction of teaching methods in kick box aerobics 7. Application of theory in practical lessons

Assessment methods
The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time

General note: Kick box aerobik master -vysoce aerobní kondiční cvičení, kde pomocí náročných cvičení s kombinacemi prvků z kick boxu dochází k učení složitějších choreografií. Základy vedení hodiny s využitím prvků bojového umění.
