Course objectives
Primary aim of first specialization athletics course is systematization of knowledge gained during studies and methodology of leading training process in individual categoryies.
Syllabus
  • 1. day training of running technique and starts technique, running drills, continula methods of endurance training 2. day training of walking technique and hurdles technique, steaplechase training and special drills, interval methods of endurance training 3. day training of long and high jumping technique, jumping drills, 4. day writing test and track and field race
