Course objectives
Students will learn practical and theoretical knowledge from the training process and the ability to apply knowledge in sports training. In the framework of the 4 day centered teaching students conclude bachelor module. One of the requirements will test the rules of swimming skills for the granting of "Arbitration II. Class ". In practice and theory summarized findings in a comprehensive overview of the field  .

  • THEORY Dry preparation of adults, the possibility of maximum loading Psychological preparation of swimmers The issue of monitoring and research in the swimming   Consultation topics bachelor work Training plans for long-term, short-term, training courses, management training documentation Drowning rescue, rescue equipment Rehabilitation and regeneration in the aquatic environment, aquagymnastika, health problems Long-distance swimming, winter swimming, masters Written test Oral test PRACTICE Personal improvement, positioning race, relays Strengthening, with the possibility of   adult swimmers long distance burden on the drought, the methods and forms Saving drowning, rescue equipment, liberation moves - Practice Rehabilitation and regeneration in the aquatic environment, aquagymnastika - Practice
