Course objectives
Rhytmic gymnastic - Technique of rhytmic sport gymnastics; motor learning with or without hand apparatus; basic body positions; creativity exercises. Cycling and mountainbiking – Students getting to know mountainbiking and cycling, mountainbiking ride skills in terrain and road, learn The basic principles safe ride in group and basic training principles of mountainbiking. The komponents of education is also correct choose of material and servicing of him. The education consists theoretical and practical part. At the end of this course the student will be able to:
Describe the basic disciplines Mountainbiking
To characterize the historical context of Mountainbiking
Practice basic skills Mountainbiking
Construct training Mountainbiking
Apply knowledge of cycling technology in education
Prepare a cycling trip
Assess the possibility of safe cycling in the field
Syllabus
  • Cycling and mountainbiking - 1)Characteristic of cycling and mountainbiking, history of cycling and mountainbiking, physiology MTB riders all kinds of disciplines. 2)Anatomy of mountainbike material base as one of limiting factor mountainbiking efficient. Repairs of some basic accidens on route. 3)Riding position on bike and MTB, female and children specifications. 4)Bike technique skills in individual efficient. 5)Bike technique skills in group outing. 6) Mountainbike training in some kinds of efficient, training with chidren and some specific groups. 7) Mountainbiking and health, safety on route.

Assessment methods
Rhythmic gymnastics - Two zápočtové mandatory assemblies with švihadlem a ribbon; mastering technology gymnastic-dance movement. / / Two routines with hand apparatus. MTB Cycling - (max 2   in the absence of theory, practice in its entirety  ) practical credits: driving technique (exit, exit, sorting), the exchange of souls, riveting chain (the limit). Final written test usually consists of 30 questions rated 30 body.K successfully manage the need to reach at least 25 points.
