Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to properly identify specific types of workouts to training units, to include exercises designed to dry to   prevent injuries of the lower and upper extremities, using methods of monitoring the effectiveness of the training process to determine training intensity, and content can monitor training on a test T30 , Cruiseho interval, the modified Borg scale. Based on the acquired knowledge can avoid overtraining swimmers. Able to justify and assess the suitability of power training for individual swimmers

  • special forms sculing-training, training frequency of shots, technology use of blood tests to determine training intervals So-called. dry preparation in top swimmers mode   Strengthening the system   top swimmers - sprinters - theory, practice Strengthening the system   top swimmers - stayers - theory, practice Games as a dry preparation - theory, practice Use of winter sports in the preparation of   top swimmers Doping issues, prohibited substances Risks of injury and congestion, regeneration Immunity and swimming sports
