Course objectives
Movida is a dance fitness course full of energy, great music and good mood. Movida combines the rhythms of salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton, hip hop, pop, latin, rock, mamba, cumbia and many others. It uses both the Latin-American and European rhythms. The moves are easy to copy, the rhytms repeat. The stress is put on a steady strain on all body parts with the accentuation of the symetric exercise performance.
Syllabus
  • 1. Training of basic steps 2. Linking of simple choreographies which stay identical for a particular song 3. Development of locomotory powers and coordination skills 4. Development of locomotory memory, space orientation and limb coordination 5. Bodybuilding of the core muscles in a natural and entertaining way

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
