Course objectives
The aim of subject "Introduction to Condition Training" is to educate the students to interpret the basic of condition training, to define determinants of development of physical abilities, to define concepts of condition training,forms and methods using in codition training. The another goal is to apprize with methods of development of physical abilities in practice and with description and application of excersises on the basic of specific to selected sport discipline.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the subject Track and Field I student will be able to:
to inetrpret the basic of condition training,
to define concept of condition training,
to describe and aply forms and methods using in condition training,
to realize technically correct strength excsrsises,
to define degree of specificity in view of selected sport discipline.
