Course objectives
The aim of the course is the creative work of students and the implementation of knowledge from the field of Kinesiology and Conditioning training in practice
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- Lead training and exercise units
- Design an organizational plan, manage a team, and implement a work in a student team.
- Use sources of expertise to implement knowledge.
- To compare and critically evaluate knowledge from the subject.
- Implement the acquired information and create thematic articles.
- Present knowledge in an article in a professional web portal.
- In the discussion, evaluate and oppose the knowledge of fitness training, kinesiology and nutrition.
- Organize, implement and evaluate professional training for a specific population.
Syllabus
  • - Passing the training sessions and exercise programs of specific groups (athletes, seniors, patients, children)
  • - Independent leading of training cycle or workout unit
  • - Assemble a student workgroup.
  • - Research of specialized articles on the given partial problems. (fitness training, kinesiology, nutrition)
  • - Creating a specialized article and its publication on the FSpS MU web portal. Creating a Discussion Forum and Conducting a Discussion.
  • - Planning, organizing, practicing and evaluating a training event ("Health Day") for a specific population (specific groups, seniors, children, top athletes, schools, public, patients)
