Course objectives
The aim of the course is to get acquainted with basic topics of mental hygiene, to explore one's life-style and to experience some of the techniques.
Syllabus
  • 1.Mental hygiene as a science 2.Stress and adaptation 3.Régime 4.The role of physical conditions, mental hygiene of work, especially of helping profession 5.Individual differences in adaptation to stress, coping strategies 6.Emotions and their coping, regulation of thinking 7.Decision-making and self-training 8.Interpersonal relationships and communication in the scope of mental hygiene 9.Crisis and its role in an individual's life. Intrapsychic conflict, complex, neurosis 10.Life philosophy, purpose of life, transcendency and happiness 11.Yoga, meditation
