Assessment methods
80 % active participation. The course requires active participation on group process (introspection and exploration) and familiarity with selected literature. Indicator of succesful passing the course is essay of aproximately 6 pages on a theme from the course (connected at least to one book from the literature). Each student will attach his/her essay into IS and will evaluate another two essays. The work can be written also by a team (2-3 students) and the essay would be 12 pages. The obligation to write an essay doesn`t apply to students from previous courses and students who were participating in creating the e-learning materials. The book “On encounter groups” by C.
