Course objectives
The aim of the course is to inform students about the relationship between private law and civil procedural law; about the gradual development of differentiation of substantive and procedural law, and with the current understanding of this distinction. The importance of this distinction will be shown on the example of individual institutes.
Learning outcomes
After completing this course, the student will be able to explain the relationship of substantive and procedural law and describe the gradual development of opinions on their differentiation. The student will be able to use this knowledge when assessing specific cases.
