Course objectives
The aim of the course is to extend the knowledge gained in the course Non contentious proceedings I. Attention will be focused on various types of non contentious proceedings.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course student will be able to understand various types of non contentious proceedings.

  • 1. Non contentious proceedings relating to civil law and commercial law 2. Non contentious proceedings relating to family law 3. Disputes arising on the basis of non contentious proceedings
