Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand and explain a legal definition of flat in Private and Public Law;
intererpret the flat in the consequences in the Czech Law;
make reasoned decisions about contracts of the flat;
Learning outcomes
Understand and explain the fundamental concepts, principles and general framework of the law regulating legal relations to the flats; Acquire basic professional knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the law regulating legal relations to the flats; Identify basic problems and trends in the development of of this part of private law and public law;
