Závěrečný semestr výuky bude věnován kolizní problematice institutů, které diplomant bude rozvádět ve své disertační práci.

Tento semestr výuky je koncipován zcela individuálně. Student se v závislosti na tématu své práce bude věnovat studiu konkrétního institutu, se kterým bude dále pracovat ve své disertační práci.
