Course objectives
Course description : The subject is concerned with the theory of land law, object, subjects of lands relations, methods of regulation, etc.: and basic general land instituts - landed propety, planning and land management, real estate registry. The second part of the subject deals with functions of land - farmland fund forests, etc.

Expropriation, dealing with landed property 6. Restitution of landed property 7. Privatization and landed property 8. Rent relations 9. Protection of farmland fund 10. Forest resources regulation 11. Wet lands regulation 12. Mineral lands regulation 13. Property relations concerning the land regulated by the Czech Natinal Council Act 114/1992 on 14. Nature and Landscape Protection.
