Course objectives
At the end of the cours students should be able to: suggest a structure of the transaction; to prepare a termsheet, a non-disclosure agreement and due diligence; to prepare basic acquisition agreement; to evaluate, whether it is necessary to apply for an agreement of the Office for the protection of competition; a the tax impacts of the transaction.
