At the end of the course, student should be able to:
- understand basic issues in public legal regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems of penal and administrative jurisdiction on the internet
- analyze and solve particular problems of eGovernment
- analyze and solve particular problems of eJustice
- analyze and solve particular problems of public-legal protection of intellectual property
- analyze and solve particular problems of cybercrime and cyber security
