Course objectives
The seminar is an introduction to procedural law in Switzerland. It offers insight into the system of courts at canton and federal levels. The system of courts is explained. Apart from this, civil and criminal procedure at canton and federal levels are discussed. Swiss and German systems of procedural law are compared.

Der Besuch dieses Präsenzseminars ist obligatorisch. Von jedem Teilnehmer an Seminaren wird aktive Mitarbeit verlangt. In den Seminaren werden den Studenten Grundkenntnisse im Bereich des deutschen und schweizerischen Verfahrensrechts vermittelt werden. Der Abschluss des Faches erfolgt durch ein Kolloquium in mündlicher Form. Das Kolloquium hat die Inhalte des Faches zum Gegenstand.
