Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to realize importance of developing soft skills in the areas specified bellow to realize the importance of their future development. They should: - learn to gie a receive feedback;
- be familiar with basic principles of leading people;
- improve skill to solve unknown tasks;
- try to assign tasks with the respect to needs and abilities of team members;
- try to work with objection;
- try to lead a team;
- have basic information about MBTI and Belbin typology of team roles and their importance for teamwork;
- improve presentation skills;
- improve their argumentation skills;

  • 1. Introduction (methods, expectations and fears, teamwork, personal experiences)
  • 2. Problemsolving tasks, basic skill of teamwork

  • 4. Personal typology
  • 5. Prezentation skills
  • 6. Work with objection, conflicts.
  • 7. Testing of improved skills.
