Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to record and interpret basic sources of Land Law (general and special part). The student should further be able to explain institutes of Land Law. The student will be able to create the legal view for the concrete cases, to assign the competent authority and formulate the appropriate filling.

Teaching methods
Lectures according to given syllabus and study hour.
Assessment methods
Students prove their knowledge in one topic in oral exam. The topic is selected by lot. Classification makes the teacher according to correctness and perfection of the answers.
