Course objectives
Students are supposed to understand following problems: International treaty law - international and national. Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969). Customary law. National regulation concerning the conclusion and the legal regime of treaties (Copnstitution, other laws and regulations). Treaty interpretation.
