Course objectives
1. To provide Czech attorneys with the ability to spot U.S. intellectual property issues in connection with international business transactions between Czech and U.S. companies;
2. Use a case study approach to provide a framework for the presentation topics and classroom discussions relating to such topics;
3. To provide the students with tools for following changes in U.S. intellectual property laws given the rapid changes in such laws over the last 5 years.
