- At the end of the course, student should be able:
- to describe EU’s institutional framework
- to define the principle of sub-delegation of powers
- to know the Meroni and Romano doctrines
- to understand the influence of the Treaty of Lisbon in area of decentralized agencies
- to define decentralized agency
- to be able to list different type of agencies - Syllabus

- 2. Meroni and Romano doctrines
- 3. Lisbon Treaty: constitutionalisation and fourth generation agencies
- 4. Decentralized agencies between administrative and international law: legal nature of agencies
