- At the end of the course, students should be able:
to understand and explain theories and methods of interpretation of law,
to understand differences between polish and european legal system,
to understand the principles and rules of interpretation of legal provisions,
to analyze phases of the process of interpreting legal provisions, to explain application of teleological interpretation by the European Court of Justice,
to understand the role of judicial precedent. - Syllabus
