Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic institutes of the special part of land law and their links to the institutes of the general part of land law and to private and public law aspects related to the public administration performance. At the end in relationtu successful completion of the course, the student is able to name and interpret the basic sources of the special part in connection with the sources of the general part of land law and explain the institutes of the general and special part of land law and use the acquired knowledge to create legal opinions on model examples, identify concerned subjects and their status including the decision-making subject and draw up the necessary legal submission.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- name and interpret the sources of land law (general and special parts);
- describe and explain the basic institutes of land law;
- apply generally acquired knowledge in practice.

  • 2. Legal regime of land used for water management.
  • 3. Legal regime of land used for nature protection.
  • 4. Legal regime of land for prospecting and mining of minerals.
  • 5. Construction and land. Legal regime of building plots.
  • 6. Legal regime of roads. Legal regime of public spaces.

Teaching methods
Lectures according to syllabus and self-study.
Assessment methods
Oral examination. Students demonstrates their knowledge of the drawn topics (one of general part of land law and one of special part of land law) that correspond to the lectured topics and the literature assigned to the study. The evaluation is performed by the teacher on the basis of the correctness and completeness of the answers.
