- Private International Law provides a set of legal rules for situations where one of the praties, facts or circumstances related are connected with more than one state and legal system. This course in particular focuses on both czech and european (union) private international law. Hence it includes general part of
- Learning outcomes
- Student will gain knowledge of the basic principles and legal rules of Private International Law from the national and european perspectives, as well as of its historical developments. He/she will learn to apply the knowledge to identify and solve concrete problems that arise in international transactions
