Course objectives
The aim of this course is to inform students about the concept and purpose of insolvency proceedings, the development of insolvency law, principles of insolvency law, and subjects of insolvency proceedings.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course student will be able to understand the concept and purpose of insolvency proceedings, the development of insolvency law, principles of insolvency law, and subjects of insolvency proceedings.
