Course objectives
tudents will get acquainted with the system of guarantees of legality, the principles on which their legal regulation is built, they will understand the interrelations, they will be able to orient themselves in the relevant case law.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to: - - describe the system of guarantees of legality, - orient themselves in the legal regulation of the individual elements of the system - describe the mechanisms of judicial control of public administration and apply the acquired knowledge in practice - apply the knowledge of inaction as maladministration - analyse a specific situation and, according to its nature, consider the means of protecting subjective rights
